Forgiveness removes the poison that people injected into us by their hurtful ways and allows us to release the poison and toxins and give it all to Jesus for Him to deal with as He sees best and puts our trust back in Him.
Living life in Christ defeats the Jezebel spirit.   
Shining His light and having His peace defeats the Jezebel spirit.   
Knowing our identity in Christ and walking in His power and authority He gave us defeats the Jezebel spirit. 
Operating with the character of Christ, the mind of Christ and the heart of Christ, being led by His Holy Spirit defeats the Jezebel spirit.

Cleansing Prayer - To Help Us Daily - Walk Out Life In Christ in How We Pray and How We Live

Why do we need to brush our teeth daily?  
To keep our teeth and gums clean and healthy and to get out any food that if left there, will cause rot and decay.  
If we neglect the simple task of daily brushing, flossing, and rinsing with antiseptic mouthwash, more and more decay sets in, causing more problems that can go deep and eventually cause our teeth to break down and have intense pain.  
As Christians, or Followers of Christ, we would do well to check ourselves with God and brush our spiritual teeth (so to speak) daily, to make sure no decay or rot sets in our soul such as unhealthy thought patterns or behaviors that can end up doing some damage in our own lives and families.
These 4 ways to brush our spiritual teeth are:
#1 Confession 
- (brings truth to light and starts the healing process)
#2 Repentance
 - (What Jesus asked us to do if we believe in Him and truly follow Him)
#3 Renunciation 
- (Rejecting thoughts and behaviors that are not of God)
#4 Forgiveness
- (Its a decision, not a feeling. And we're commanded to do it)
These 4 things should be incorporated into our every day life and prayers as we commune with God and keep our soul cleansed! 
The Prophet Isaiah said it perfectly, “Let us walk in the light of the Lord”
Today is the day to start praying Cleansing Prayers!
